Friday, July 24th, Ride On Commuter Services will host a FREE program so employers can learn how to take advantage of FREE federal tax incentives and other cost saving employee transportation initiatives. Learn how we can help you remove obstacles in the way of your employee's commute, expand your employee base, reduce parking congestion (maybe save a few extra spaces for your customers), and MUCH MORE!
$2,000.00 is too much to pay to go to work… yet that is exactly what the average Bay County resident pays each year to drive 14 miles round trip to work. Ride On Commuter Services is here to help. We offer FREE customized commuter services programs for individuals, single work sites, and central business districts located in the ten westernmost Florida panhandle counties. Our FREE services include:
• Survey of employees to determine potential carpool/vanpool partners.
• Tax FREE benefits assistance (Up to $230 per employee, per month).
• Promote carpool / vanpool programs.
• FREE Guaranteed Ride Home Program for participating commuters.
• FREE weeklong vanpool trial.
Please join us from 10:00 till 12:00 on Friday, July 24th in the conference room of the Panama City Beaches Chamber of Commerce as we present local transportation programs and how they can benefit you, the employer. We’ll have a free gift for you just for attending and:
• For the first four employers to schedule and host an on-site registration event, we’ll bring one $25 gas card as a door prize drawing among existing carpools. Or, if there are no existing carpools the first one to form.
• We’ll have a free beach bag, travel mug or lunch bag for the first 10% of your employees who complete a ride-match request form.
• Your employees can register for our Guaranteed Ride Home Program if they are actively using an alternative form of transportation to work (includes carpool, vanpool, trolley, and bicycle/pedestrian modes) . (Actively Using refers to three times per week).
Ride On means Affordable, Reliable, and Sustainable Commuter Transportation.
